Julie Klein is Sigourney Health Care and Assisted Living’s August 2018 Customer Service Superstar Nomination!
Julie is an LPN for us at Sigourney Health Care and Assisted Living. Although she has only been with us at Sigourney for a few months, she came to us with years of experience from other long-term care facilities, including Keota Health Care Center.
Julie is primarily our day shift nurse, but she has been known to pick up overnights, weekends, and evening hours for us on multiple occasions. She is always more than willing to help where needed, and never hesitates to step in and help on the floor in a CNA capacity. She will do whatever is needed, wherever it is needed.
Julie is also one of the most light-hearted members of our staff. She can get a smile from ANYONE, be they resident, staff member, family, or friends visiting the facility. Julie knows no strangers and can find a way to make anyone feel at home in Sigourney Health Care and Assisted Living. She can be found dancing with residents and staff alike – with or without music!!

We are lucky to have Julie as one of the faces for our customer service – she is always smiling, laughing, and has something positive to say. She can joke with anyone, while making EVERYONE feel important. Her light-hearted nature is what makes her our Customer Service Superstar for the month of August 2018.
