What Our Residents and Families Say
One of the best ways to understand our devotion to quality healthcare is to listen to our Residents and families. Sigourney Health Care Center will be happy to provide you with the names and numbers of Residents and family members you may talk with to discuss our commitment to caring for area seniors.
Below are testimonials from current Residents and families as well as success stories from Residents who were able to return home.
From the minute we arrived at the front door with such a warm greeting from many of the staff to the assistance in furnishing Mother's room and so many little extras that were done for her, mom was beaming and in so much better spirits immediately. It means so much to us to have her in your hands. Thank you for the beautiful, warm welcome and all the help getting Mother settled in.

Putting your mother in a care center is not an easy choice for a son/daughter as you can imagine. However, from the first day that my mom was a Resident there she loved it and every single employee there. I not once in all my visits (which were not often enough) heard her utter one unkind remark about the facility, food or employees! Quite the contrary, she always wanted to tell us how good everyone was to her and it was a nice place to be. She really did feel at home!
I will not single out any one in particular because they are all sensational. I commend management in hiring such caring, dedicated individuals. We always enjoyed visiting with the staff when we were there and even started to look forward to our visits just to see them. I know how hard you all work to make everyone feel comfortable and happy.
This was the second time we have experienced your care center. My dad was there 36 years ago. Throughout the years I know mom came to visit him there and she would tell us stories of taking time to read to all the "old people" there. She just loved being there.
I wish you all well and Thank you!
(son of a Resident who recently passed).
